Proven home remedies for easy use of blackheads
In principle, blackheads develop as a result of increased production of sebum, with the head and shoulder area being the first to be affected in most cases. In addition to a relatively fat-free diet which is indispensable in susceptible persons, there are many effective old home remedies for blackheads which on the one hand cleanse the skin and on the other hand, can limit the production of sebum:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is an agent that is often used in skin treatment anyway. Against blackheads, you can mix a tablespoon of it with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and put on the affected skin. This mixture must be thoroughly washed off with lukewarm water after about 15 minutes exposure time. Aggressive cleansers should be avoided altogether, as it irritates the already irritated skin even more.
Australian tea tree oil
This known remedy combs pimples and blackheads directly and is dabbed with a cotton ball directly on the affected skin. With tea tree oil, however, it is advisable to try it on an unaffected area of the skin, as some people react negatively to the active ingredients contained in tea tree oil. Even the intense smell of tea tree oil is not for everyone.
Gentle steam baths are suitable for the gentle cleansing of your irritated skin. If you treat yourself to a soothing steam bath several times a week, your skin will be very grateful to you. As additives, apple cider vinegar would offer itself as already mentioned – this opens the pores and cleans thus particularly well. But the chamomile has a very beneficial effect on the damaged skin. At best, you use fresh plants here, if necessary, it also works with a teabag.
cube of yeast
Who would have thought? Yeast cleanses the skin and is therefore suitable for getting rid of blackheads and pimples. Mixing a yeast cube with 5 tablespoons of milk and a tablespoon of honey results in a wonderfully soothing facial mask, which should also be applied several times a week.
Apart from an intense, long-lasting smell, an incomparable taste and a positive effect on memory, garlic is a good home remedy for blackheads and pimples. To do this, cut the garlic clove in half, then wait for 5 to 6 minutes until the juice of the garlic clove is at the interfaces. Now take one half and rub the affected areas with it. Do not forget to clean your skin thoroughly with lukewarm water after treatment. Caution: this variant is not suitable because of the smell if you still plan to go away in the evening.
Sorrel grows on meadows and fields in Austria. And as the name suggests, they are angry. However, this does not really matter in this case, because you should not drink the tea, but use it externally. To do this, chop five fresh sorrel leaves as small as possible and pour 750 millilitres of boiling water over them. After leaving the tea, apply the tea to the affected area with cotton swabs.
These are of course no miracle cure for blackheads, and they do not show any immediate effect or improvement on any person. Especially during puberty, there is an enormous, hormonal change. But it is very helpful to maintain a consistently healthy and low-fat diet. Also, the body care plays an essential role in the fight against blackheads and pimples.
