- Preheat oven to 100 degrees. Place the grate with a grease trap underneath on the middle rail. Salt the fillets, pepper and fry in oil in a pan on both sides. Remove, dab and let stand on the grid in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Clean and wash the lettuce hearts, dab them dry and quarter them lengthways. Fry for about 2 minutes in the hot pan over low heat. Add broth and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
