BEAUTIFUL SKIN THROUGH WATER
A beautiful skin is favoured by drinking enough water. Because the intake of water prevents the formation of pimples and blackheads and helps to a smooth, firm and beautiful skin.
Water acts like a fountain of youth – so wrinkles have no chance
Depending on our age, our body is up to 75 percent water. Water is vital to us and takes on important tasks in nutrient supply and excretion of waste materials. The skin is also dependent on a sufficient supply of fluid. The elasticity of the skin and thus its elasticity depends above all on the sufficient supply of fluid. Those who do not drink enough provoke a dehydration of the skin cells and as a result cracked flaky skin. Even small wrinkles are often the result of a lack of fluids. For a youthful and firm appearance, we should provide the skin with sufficient fluid.
Water provides pure and beautiful skin – so pimples have no chance
Water has a cleaning function as its main task. It absorbs the metabolic residues in the body, which are also referred to as waste or waste products, and brings them to the excretory organs. Only when we drink enough, our body can cleanse itself properly. Pimples and other impurities are an attempt by the body to excrete toxins through the skin. This happens especially if too little liquid is available to eliminate the waste material via the kidney. Providing sufficient water prevents the formation of impurities and ensures a beautiful and pure skin.
How much water should we drink?
Every day up to 2.5 litres of water is excreted through the kidneys, lungs and intestines. We should, therefore, supply this amount daily. We already get about a litre of fluid through the diet, which means we should also drink between 1.5 to 2 litres per day. The exact amount of drinking depends on the individual circumstances. In case of illness, sweaty activities and stays in warm areas should be drunk accordingly more.
Water is not simply water
For a beautiful skin through water, it is not just about the right amount. The quality of our drinking water is crucial. Because only when the water is as pure as possible, it can develop its cleansing power and thus the benefits for the skin in full. Recommended are drinking water in which only a few other substances are solved. A look at the label reveals how many substances are dissolved in one litre of water. As a rule of thumb, the lower the so-called dry residue, the better the effect of the water on the skin.
