Go into a four-legged stand:
your arms are stretched and touch the ground vertically below your shoulders, your knees are under your hips. Now stretch the left leg backwards and the right arm forward. Note the following:
- Note that arm and leg form a line with the hull.
- Keep the upper body parallel to the floor and do not twist it.
- Avoid a hollow cross, tighten the abdominal muscles.
- Focus on the floor.
Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds, then change the page. Complete the exercise five times per page.
Alternative: Stretch your left leg and right arm in the quadruped. Then, connect the right elbow and the left knee under the body so that they touch slightly. Then stretch the arm and leg again. Repeat this movement five times and then change the page. Complete a total of three series.
